As part of PSD No. 13 in Palakkad Province, a one-day programme was organised in two batches for the Sisters of the Palakkad, Coimbatore and Indore Provinces on 1 and 2 August 2026.

The first batch, held on 1 August, brought together Sisters who had made their religious profession between 1986 and 2019. The second batch, held on 2 August, included Sisters who had made their religious profession between 1952 and 1985.

Sr. Yoshma served as the resource person. The first session, titled “A New Reinterpretation of Religious Vows,” invited the Sisters to reflect on the meaning and relevance of their consecrated commitment. The second session focused on the spiritual writings of St. John of the Cross, particularly The Ascent of Mount Carmel and The Dark Night of the Soul, offering valuable insights for their spiritual journey.

The afternoon featured Batch Gatherings, providing opportunities for sharing, interaction and fellowship. Sr. Rose Ann, Provincial Superior of Palakkad Province, also met the Sisters and shared her thoughts and reflections with them.

The programme was a meaningful opportunity for the Sisters to deepen their understanding of consecrated life, enrich their spiritual journey and renew their commitment to their vocation.
